How to make a chilli Chapathi?
Chilli chapathi is tasty dish which is very easy to make!
Ingredients:
· Onion -1
· Tomato-1
· Garlic tooth 2-3
· Curry leaves (required amount)
· Chilli powder-1 tb spoon
· Turmeric powder- a pinch
· Salt (required amount)
· Soy sauce (if needed)
· Cooking oil
· Chapathi (2-3 per person)
· Sugar -a pinch
Pre-methods of making:
· Chop the onion vertically
· Chop the tomato into pieces
· Cut the chapathi into small size pieces according to ur wish.
· Take the required amount of curry leaves.
· Can make use of soy sauce I needed.
· ¼ spoon of sugar is needed.
Methods of making:
Ø Add the pan to the stove.
Ø Wait till the pan gets heated.
Ø Add a spoon of cooking oil to the pan.
Ø After the oil gets heated, add the chopped onion and chopped garlic to the pan.
Ø Fry the onion till it gets a brownish color.
Ø Then add curry leaves and chopped tomato to the pan.
Ø Fry it till the tomato gets boiled and smashed.
Ø Now, add the required amount of salt.
Ø Add a spoon of chilli powder.
Ø Add a pinch of turmeric powder.
Ø Add a spoon of garam masala.
Ø Stir it well. Soy sauce can be added if needed.
Ø Add a pinch or ¼ spoon of sugar to add extra taste to the dish.
Ø Stir this mixture for few seconds.
Ø Add the chopped chapathi pieces to the masala.
Ø Then mix the chapathi pieces well with the masala.
Ø Now the chili chapathi is ready to eat.
