in roadsides too.
HISTORY OF THE CHICKEN 65:
The Great
history of chicken 65 starts in south india. Yes! Chicken 65 is a dish which is
originated in south india. It was first made and introduced in Buhari hotel by
the famous chef of chennai A. M. Buhari in 1965. This happened during the india-Pakistan
war. Buhari wanted the soldiers to be treated with some delicious non veg food
and the chicken 65 is the result of it.
Ingredients:

Chicken
-500 g
·
Red
chilli powder- 2 tablespoon
·
Maida
-2 tablespoon
·
Cornflour
-1 tablespoon
·
Rice
flour -1 tablespoon
·
Coriander
powder – 1 tablespoon
·
Butter
-2 tablespoon
·
Onion
-1
·
Turmeric
powder- ¼ tablespoon
·
Curd
-3 tablespoon
·
Lemon
– ½
·
Garam
masala -1 tablespoon
·
Salt-Required
·
Oil
– Required
·
Bell
peppers
·
Green
chilli
·
Ginger
garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
Recipe:
· Add 2 tablespoon of red chilli powder , 1 tablespoon of garam masala , ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.
· Then add the 2 tablespoon of maida , and 1 tablespoon of rice flour and corn flour.
· Add the juice of half lemon, 2 tablespoon curd and 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
· Add a spoon of oil and required amount of salt.
· Then mix the chicken pieces well such that the masala spread all over the chicken surfaces.
· Make sure the mixture is marinated for minimum of 1 hour.
After 1 hour,
· Switch On the stove, burn it and add a pan to the stove.
· Add the oil into the pan. Make sure that the oil added is sufficient to dip the chicken pieces.
· Wait until the oil gets heated.
· Now take the marinated chicken pieces and add it to the oil.
· Fry the chicken till it gets golden brown.
· The chicken 65 is ready to be served!!
