 What is Fundamental right in Constitution ? 
                         
                            Fundamental rights ( Article 12 - 35 ) are the basic human rights in the Constitution of India which are guaranteed to all citizens. They are applied without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, etc. Moreover, fundamental rights are enforceable by the courts, subject to certain conditions.

          The articles  12 to 35 states the fundamental rights of India .

What is Right to Equality ?
         The Right to equality  or the article 14 to 18 states the equal rights for every one irrrespective of place,state, caste , creed , religion , gender etc. This right also includes the abolition of titles as well as untouchability.

What is Right to freedom ?
                   The Right to freedom or the article 19 to 22  states the right to freedom on speech, expression,assembly without arms ,association, practice any profession, freedom to reside in any part of the country.

What is right against explotation ? 
                    The article 23 & 24  states theright implies the prohibition of traffic in human beings, beggar, and other forms of forced labour. It also implies the prohibition of children in factories, etc. The Constitution prohibits the employment of children under 14 years in hazardous conditions. 
                     
What is  Right to freedom of religion?
                      The article 25 to 28 states the  right provides the freedom to any individual to practice any religion of their will.

What is the right to culture and education ?
                     The article 29 & 30 rights protect the rights of religious, cultural and linguistic minorities, by facilitating them to preserve their heritage and culture. Educational rights are for ensuring education for everyone without any discrimination.
What is the right to Constitutional remedies ?
        The Constitution guarantees remedies if citizens’ fundamental rights are violated. The government cannot infringe upon or curb anyone’s rights. When these rights are violated, the aggrieved party can approach the courts. Citizens can even go directly to the Supreme Court which can issue writs for enforcing fundamental rights.
    

What is the absolute rights ?

                        Absolute Rights are the rights which cannot be intereffered or intervened at any condition , they are basic must given rights in the democractic nation like rights of untouchablity , individual protection right etc.
